ASUS je uveo novu vrstu podrske za krajnje kupce Asus notebookova, a to je Pickup and return. Kupac notebooka zove ASUS Call Centar na broj 011 30 11 934 i zatim kurirska sluzba dolazi po notebook, te ga posle popravke vraca. Svaki Asus notebook u kutiji ima flyer na kome stoji objasnjenje ove usluge krajnjem kupcu. Naravno, usluga je besplatna.
